Terms of Service

WuNEO is an independent product studio. Purchases and subscriptions for apps we operate are billed under the WuNEO name, and bank or payment statement descriptions typically display as WUNEO. The specific product, amount, currency and billing period are clearly presented before purchase.

Scope and operator

These terms apply only to WuNEO products and services that expressly refer to them. Displaying an external project in our portfolio does not make us its operator or seller. A preview of a product in development does not mean it is available for purchase.

Product-specific provisions may supplement these terms and take priority for matters specific to that product, without limiting mandatory statutory rights. The legal operator and contact details appear below.

Use and acceptance

At purchase, registration or another step requiring acceptance, we should make the terms and necessary information available for you to read and save in advance. A privacy notice is not consent to optional processing; where separate consent is required, an appropriate choice should be provided.

You must have the capacity to enter the relevant contract and authority to purchase on behalf of an organisation. Whether a product is suitable for minors and what parental arrangements are needed must be established under applicable law and product-specific information.

Software licences and accounts

A software purchase normally grants a licence to use the software, rather than ownership of its intellectual property. The permitted versions, users and devices depend on the product terms disclosed before purchase. You must not resell or share a personal licence without permission, interfere with service security, or infringe others’ rights. Activities expressly permitted by applicable law are not improperly restricted.

Some local features work without an account. Activating or managing purchased entitlements and using optional online services may require NeoAI ID. Protect your credentials reasonably and report suspected unauthorised access through an available support channel. Account security incidents will be addressed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Prices subscriptions and cancellation

One-time licences and recurring subscriptions are separate transactions. A one-time payment does not automatically include all future versions. Subscription scope, period, automatic renewal and renewal charges should be explained before checkout.

Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting an account are separate actions. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the purchase is refunded or lawfully terminated earlier, paid service remains available until the end of the paid period. Entitlement changes after a refund are addressed in the Refund Policy; data handling is addressed in the Privacy Policy.

Payments are handled by the payment processor identified at purchase (such as Stripe). The total price, applicable taxes and currency should be shown before payment is confirmed. This page does not establish that a particular channel or market is open for sales.

WordTally product provisions

WordTally’s one-time purchase model covers a licence for the 1.x series. It does not include free upgrades to version 2.0 or later major versions. Perpetual describes the licence term; it does not promise compatibility with every future operating system, perpetual maintenance or free cloud services. Activation, device limits and offline arrangements are clearly specified before checkout.

The WordTally desktop app has a 21-day trial; cloud sync entitlements are separate. After the trial, tracking, the live Today view and export remain available, while some historical views are limited by the trial cutoff date. Existing trial records or imported history can affect the start date. Reinstallation does not automatically grant a new full trial.

NeoSync is optional cloud synchronisation requiring NeoAI ID and the relevant active entitlement. Stopping renewal does not immediately end a paid service period. Expiry, refunded entitlements and account deletion have separate consequences.

Your content and feedback

Using our products does not transfer ownership of your existing content to us. You must have the rights needed to process, import or share content. Local processing, optional cloud features and voluntarily submitted feedback are addressed separately in the privacy policy and product information.

Submitting a suggestion does not transfer rights in your personal data or entire creative work. We may use feedback you provide to respond and improve the product; content use beyond that purpose needs an appropriate separate basis.

Service changes and termination

Online services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network failures or other circumstances. Material changes, permanent discontinuation and effects on purchased entitlements should be communicated and handled under applicable law, including applicable refunds, data retrieval and transition arrangements.

WordTally currently provides local data export. The complete shutdown plan, cloud retrieval scope and new-device activation arrangements require confirmation before further commitments are made. These terms do not describe an unimplemented alternative channel or permanent online availability as an existing feature.

Liability disputes and updates

These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other liability provisions, governing law and dispute arrangements must be established for the operator and sales markets. No unconfirmed liability amount or jurisdiction is agreed here.

If a successor takes over the business, contract and data transfers must follow applicable law, including necessary notices, safeguards or choices. This page does not treat future incorporation as an existing change of operator.

Material updates should identify their effective date and effects on existing transactions, with renewed consent where required by law. These terms are published in both Simplified Chinese and English; in the event of ambiguity, the Chinese version shall control.
